Triple Play

The Triple Play Daily Challenges are a series of non-competitive yet challenging programs that encourage Boys & Girls Club members ages 6 to 18 increase their physical fitness. The program runs two to five days a week at the main club and the school sites for a least one hour, year round. The six Daily Challenges are:

  • Jump Rope Challenge
  • Basketball Challenge
  • Home Run Challenge
  • Invent -a-Sport Challenge.
  • Walk /Run Challenge
  • Get Fit Challenge
