Luther Middle School to BGC
Walk
from Luther down Pepper Street to Edison Blvd / Burbank Burbank
Boulevard. Cross Burbank Blvd and catch BurbankBus at the corner of
Burbank and Hollywood Way. Take NoHo-Empire
Route to Buena Vista and Empire stop. Walk from Empire Avenue to
BGC.
Fare is $1 and buses run every 16
minutes in the afternoon beginning at 2:36PM. Takes about 28
minutes
Muir Middle School to BGC
Walk
from Muir down Amherst to San Fernando and take BurbankBus at the bus stop in
front of Carls Jr. Take Empire-Downtown
Route to San Fernando Blvd and Winona Ave. Walk down San Fernando
to Buena Vista and BGC.
Fare is $1 and buses run every 18
minutes in the afternoon beginning at 3:06PM. Takes about 30 minutes.
Jordan Middle School to BGC
Walk
from Jordan down Mariposa to Verdugo, then Verdugo to Virginia to the
Virginia/Olive Avenue bus stop. Take BurbankBus Metrolink-Media District Route to Downtown Metrolink
Station. Ask driver for a
BurbankBus Transfer and cross to the east side of the Metrolink Station
and transfer to the Empire-Downtown Route (first bus bay). Take Empire-Downtown Route to San Fernando
Blvd and Winona Avenue. Walk down San Fernando to Buena Vista and BGC.
Fare is $1 (with free transfer) and buses run every 12 minutes on the Media District Route and 18 minutes on the Empire-Downtown Route.
Takes about 50 minutes.
Burbank High School to BGC
Walk from BHS down
Delaware to San Fernando and take BurbankBus at the bus stop in front of the
Ralphs Parking Lot. Take Empire-Downtown Route to San Fernando Blvd and
Winona Ave. Walk down San Fernando to Buena Vista and BGC.
Fare
is $1 and buses run every 18 minutes in the afternoon beginning at 3:06PM.
Takes about 30 minutes.
For the high-schoolers, they might also take
Metro Line 94 from the same location to Lincoln/Thornton and then walk to
BGC.
Metro
fare is $1.50 and this will be shorter than the BB option.
Burroughs High School to BGC
Walk from Burroughs down Parish to Olive Avenue. From the bus stop at the
southeast corner of Parish/Olive, take BurbankBus Metrolink-Media District
Route to Downtown Metrolink Station. Ask driver for a BurbankBus Transfer
and cross to the east side of the Metrolink Station and transfer to the
Empire-Downtown Route (first bus bay). Take Empire-Downtown Route to San
Fernando Blvd and Winona Avenue. Walk down San Fernando to Buena Vista
and BGC.
Fare
is $1 (with free transfer) and buses run every 12 minutes on the Media District
Route and 18 minutes on the Empire-Downtown Route. Takes about 50
minutes.
For the high-schoolers, they might also take
Metro 155 from the same location and transfer at the Downtown Metrolink Station
to Metro 94, and take that to Lincoln/Thornton.
