Club Policies
The following is a list of all the policies for the Boys & Girls Club of Burbank & Greater East Valley.
Late Pick Up Policy
Parents who pick up their children late will be charged $1.00 for every minute you are late, after scheduled closing time. Payment is required prior to your child's arrival the following day. Parents who are chronically late are susceptible to having their child's membership terminated.
Bounce Check Policy
There is a $15 service charge for any returned checks. If two checks are bounced by the family, fees must be paid in cash or money order thereafter.
Payment Policy
All payment are required to be paid by the
first of each month. A $2 late fee charge for each day will be enforced thereafter.
No Refund Policy
The Boys & Girls Club of Burbank does not, under any circumstances, provide refunds.
Electronics Policy
No electronics are permitted in the Club. The Club is not held liable for any lost or stolen items. So please leave them at home.
Replacement Policy
If a child breaks or steals equipment from the club, he/she is expected to return, replace, or repair the item. This must be done by the following day.
