The Boys & Girls Club of Burbank and Greater Easy Valley recently distributed surveys to our members, member’s teachers and member’s parents. The data collected is being used to measure and assess our current programming and impact. With this tool, we were able to gather objective data that:
- Demonstrated how well Club members achieved the Youth Development Outcomes, which are important to our Movement and Mission;
- Assisted us in analyzing strengths and weaknesses in our Club’s programming; and
- Gave us insights for tailoring our program mix to meet our Club members’ interests and needs more effectively
